It.
Joanne Lockwood 00:01:43 - 00:03:15
It it. And today is episode 150 with the title From Toxins to Transformation. And I have the absolute honour and privilege to welcome Christian Elliot. Christian Elliot 00:03:15 - 00:03:18
Well, hello to you and thank you for having me.
Joanne Lockwood 00:03:19 - 00:03:23
My pleasure. Am I right thinking you're based in Florida?
Christian Elliot 00:03:23 - 00:03:27
That is correct, yes. I live in the Sunshine State and love it here.
Joanne Lockwood 00:03:28 - 00:03:33
Wow. You've got the weather, we've got the rain, we've got the cold, so, yeah, quite envious.
Christian Elliot 00:03:33 - 00:03:35
Yeah. This time of year a lot of people are.
Joanne Lockwood 00:03:35 - 00:03:52
Yes. I remember holidaying there with my family back in the early 2000s. Yeah, we had a great time. Did the Orlando experience. I did a bit of work out there in the Miami area back in the 90s. So, yeah, I've been to Florida, but it's been a long while. 20 odd years since I've been there.
Christian Elliot 00:03:52 - 00:03:59
No, it's a great place and fewer of us are deficient in vitamin D here. And there's some upside to that. We have some of the nicest beaches in the world.
Joanne Lockwood 00:04:00 - 00:04:05
Yeah, the Keys and. Yeah, it's. And you got. Was it crocodiles or alligators?
Christian Elliot 00:04:05 - 00:04:08
We get alligators. We don't get crocodiles, thankfully. Yeah.
Joanne Lockwood 00:04:09 - 00:04:14
I mean, I remember going to Gator World and seeing the. Yeah, I suppose that's a clue. Gator World. Yeah.
Christian Elliot 00:04:14 - 00:04:22
Yeah. They're less intrusive or threatening than maybe the stereotype, but they are Here.
Joanne Lockwood 00:04:22 - 00:04:33
Yeah. I remember driving around the suburbs and there was signs saying, beware of the crocodiles because they're obviously the streams on the side of the road. And things like, you think, oh, wow.
Christian Elliot 00:04:34 - 00:04:40
Don'T go wandering off into natural water elements without your eyes wide open.
Joanne Lockwood 00:04:41 - 00:04:48
Yeah, yeah. We did one of those skimmers, the boats with a big fan on the back. We skimmer, boat, water and airboat. That's it. Yeah. And that was quite good fun.
Christian Elliot 00:04:49 - 00:04:49
Yeah.
