The ideas, framework, and core teaching come directly from Dr. Teter's original work. We've simply used AI as a modern delivery tool to help transform that written piece into an accessible audio learning experience for you. We want to be transparent about that because this isn't about replacing expertise. It's about extending it. At FAKTR, we believe innovation should enhance education, not dilute it. And when technology helps us deliver strong ideas in new ways, we think that's worth exploring. In this training, you'll hear a powerful concept unpacked: having a bigger professional toolbox does not always make you a better clinician.

Yesterday, a colleague reached out to ask my opinion on a technique-based continuing education course he was considering. Although I had opinions about the nature of the course, I started asking more questions to determine whether it was a good fit. What I realized quickly was that he did not need more tools; what he needed was a model. Since this is something most clinicians face, I think we should spend some time talking about it. So first let's define what a toolbox actually is for the purposes of this discussion. When young clinicians are fresh out of school, they are constantly searching for more tools to do their work, Often you see them jumping from course to course looking for the most effective way to accomplish a task. For some, once they find a course or tool that resonates, they stake their entire professional identity on it, but I'm not sure they even know what the tools are or why they use them. I have also heard that the best clinicians have the largest toolbox, which often means they have collected the most alphabet soup of certifications behind their name.
