And I think ADHD is really interested in this sort of triumphre of perfectionism, anxiety, ADHD, cause. We are continually dissatisfied We are never satisfied with what we've done constantly trying to achieve, but you've got to finish things. finish them. Say they're done and let go, and then you can move on to that thing that's over there that you're interested in.

So, of course, I am just delighted to introduce you today to doctor Fiona Peters, Doctor Feona Peters is a former BBC journalist who left journalism to pursue a PhD at the University of London that was interspersed with 2 periods of maternity leave. She published an academic book with Paul Gray McMillan, based on her qualitative research. Today, she lives in London with her husband and 2 younger children and their pets. I know at least one of them is a dog. She runs a successful property business doing renovations and creating comfortable homes for tenants, and she's a speaker and trainer for schools and is currently touring with her talk and titled perfectionism and anxiety. Doctor Peters is also a consultant for diversity, equality, and inclusion in the workplace and specializes in ADHD. The owner. Did I get all of that right?

Yeah. It feels like from the little girl that came from the council estate when he was excluded from school and didn't pass any o levels and exams. It just feels like I don't know. I don't know how how she did that. but, yeah, it it sounds like a lot. And, yeah, I'm surprised when you put it together in that in that way. Yeah. I feel proud. Wonderful. It's it's quite an achievement.
