Every March, they have the world Ninja Athlete Games. And so in many states across the country, like, there's one in Utah near our home, actually, where everyone from Utah, Arizona, and Nevada are coming to compete at that gym. But every gym across the globe is. There's a whole bunch of competitors in Australia. They all compete the same course. There's a whole thick rule book of, like, the exact measurements and everything. Well, my son last year in the 11U age category, he took 3 3rd in the world. So now he's in 13U because he's 12.

And so he's competing with his age and the year older. So he's pretty nervous, but he's a champ, and I'm excited to hear how he does and see it on video. So that's my son, Sam. All right, so we had a pretty good introduction to YouTube and this leaf strategy I want to talk about. You know, how I held up the two books or had the picture. The two books, right? The same picture right here. So when you go to YouTube and you ask questions about YouTube strategy or video, these are the people that you see. I'm friends with a lot of them.

I had a video that I made called why I Hire People in the Philippines. And that video is great for this audience. It's great for my audience on YouTube.

But it was loved even more by people in the Philippines who loved that I was talking about their country and a lot of them were hoping I would hire them. Well, that over time, I fed it right. I saw this video take off. So I made more videos about the Philippines, and that first video ended up getting a million and a half views. I added several tens of thousands of subscribers to my Nate Woodbury YouTube channel. Well, when I would post a video about YouTube strategy, guess what happened? Nobody watched it. Or that big new group of subscribers, they didn't like it. And so the YouTube algorithm is saying, Nate, don't make content about YouTube strategy.
