But with that said, let's dive into mindset and systems behind this success as we welcome today's guest, Ernesto. Ernesto, thank you so much for being here.

Thanks for having me, Phil.

First, right off the bat, you're in sunny Florida. Well, it's not sunny right now, but are you okay? Are you harnessed by the, the hurricanes that are coming by?

Thank you for asking. I'm okay. My family's okay. We are we're doing fine in Miami.

Alright. Good. Just wanted to get that off the way because, crazy stuff's going down in Florida weather wise, so I wanted to make sure we're fine. But, Ernesto, I wanna start with the first question is, why did you become an entrepreneur? What made you decide to go down this path?

So I became an entrepreneur because, it's the thing I always wanted to do. At 18 years old, I wanted to own six restaurants. I I wanted to I wanted to bring people together, have a great time, And, I was I fell victim to the story that our parents wanted us to believe about stability and safety at the the job. And and I did all that, and it was great. We learned a lot. And had several jobs. But when, in 2020, when the pandemic started, I said, you know, now's now's my chance to give it a shot. And so go for it.

I'm glad you went

for it because then we wouldn't have this conversation. I wouldn't know about million dollar machines, which I'm interested in because it's it's different. Most people are like, oh, here's a blueprint. Have fun. Go run off with it. You wanna actually transform people into machines that make millions of dollars. Now, how did you one, first of all, how did you come up with that idea to turn people or businesses into million dollar machines?

I honestly I watched the webinar once. It was called the million dollar message. It was like a marketing webinar.

Mhmm.

And, it, like, hit me one day. Like, what I do is I build machines. I implement technology. I this is this is the work, and it it just communicates to to people in three words.

Or three letters even.

Or three letters. Yeah. I mean, we can get to MDM. MDM could mean many things to make people. But, Yeah. There's a huge segment of the population of entrepreneurs and founders that are actually solopreneurs. About 80% of small businesses are actually solopreneurs. Twenty six million of the 30,000,000 small businesses in America are solopreneurs.

And, some of them by choice. It's fine. And that's fine. Most of them, though, they don't know. They don't know how to scale. They don't know how to be more effective or efficient, or they don't know about technology. They have no idea what's possible.
