I am so thoroughly and utterly delighted to be here back at nsa. Some of you are feeling very disappointed and lied to right now because she just said, I'm from the uk. I do live in the uk. That is my home country now.

But obviously I'm from Canada. No, I'm just kidding. I'm from Iowa, so. From Osceola. Yeah, there you go. Anybody else from Osceola? That's usually the case. Awesome. Okay, so we have so much stuff to do today, but what I thought I would do is most of you will have cards.

We're just going to use them for voting. So this is so first of all, for those of you that don't know, I am a speaker on AI. That's what I speak on. We will not be talking really about AI today because. Fine, then don't use the bot. I'm going to share with you later. Okay, so we're not really going to be talking about it. We're going to be talking about sales and we're going to talk about lead generation and how we built my business or how I built my business.

But I brought these along because I like to describe them. May I parley? I like to describe these as my high tech voting instruments. These are high tech mostly because while I attended the session yesterday from Brittany on Mentimeter, I thought that's crazy to try and put that into a presentation overnight. So I didn't. So we're going to use these for voting. So let's just test out your cards really quick. Where are my dog people? If you're a dog person, hold your card up. Your dogs are going to be so happy when you get home.

Am I right? I'm a dog person. I don't want me to feel left out. Where are my cat people? Cat people. Bet you can't wait to go home and be totally ignored. It's gonna make for a living. But listen, this is. I'm a dog person, so I put some special stuff in here. I don't use this in any of my regular presentations, but I hope that's okay.

All right, let's do it. So first of all, we think speakers are amazing because we see a finished product. Good boy. Go close the bridge. Go close it. Right? So we see these speakers and we see them running these amazing businesses, and we're like, that's like magic. They make it look so easy. Am I right? Okay, here's what it looks like behind the scenes.

All right, so. Right. How great. Okay, so here's what we know. When it comes to seeing everybody else's speaker business, we're all like, oh, look, it's all done. Look, it's amazing. But what a lot of people don't see or don't recognize. And for those of us that have been around for a while, this is what it looks like on the way to get there.

Right? It's a lot of work. So quick, quick step right here. If you're here because you want to get more leads and you want to get more sales, go ahead and round of applause. Excellent. If you think that's going to be easy, there's the door. Okay. There are ways to make it easier, and I'm gonna talk to you through some of the strategies that we've used and how we've kind of restructured my business to make that possible.
