Oh, thank you for having me. I'm so excited. And yes, I'm coming to you from the future and tomorrow is a great day, so you're in for a treat.
It's always so weird to me when we talk and it's like, you're tomorrow.
I know, I know, but how cool is it that we can connect like this? I do love. I do love it. But, yeah, it is a little bit of, A bit crazy.
I know. And, and you know what, to be honest, and I never realized this until now, but when we do in, in North America, when we do our time change, the winter are actually the difference in our time is better like, than. Than in the summer. So. Because I can talk to you earlier. Like, for me, I'm kind of a, a day person, so in the winter, for me, I can talk to you at like 5pm instead of like 7pm Yeah, I love that.
I love that. I love that. We just make it work, right? Like, it's, it's kind of. I've had a few conversations recently and people are like, oh, how do you deal with the time zones? Or what's it like to work with clients all over the world? Like in other places, I'm like, well, we just make it work. Like, we just make it work. It's fine. Like, it doesn't have to be a big thing. So I love that.
But where there's a will, there's a way, right? Like, you just. And, and it's not, it's not even like a burden or anything. Like, because it's so much fun having the conversations. Like, I know me and you, we've become friends over the last few months and it's just been so great that, you know, anytime I get a chance to speak to my. My friend in Australia, I'm down for it.
I know. Okay, cool. So before we get started, Kylie, I would love for you to introduce yourself to the audience. You know, tell us what you do, who you help and all of that goodness.
Yes, of course. So, as you said, my name is Kylie Kelly. I am an expert in helping women grow their businesses without social media. So I've been doing this now for a good handful of years, since 2022, and I'm really passionate about it because I, like many others, tried the social media game for so long and I wasn't getting any results and it was burning me Out. And I. I don't know, mid-30s at the time. I'm 40 now, but mid-30s at how many want to dance? And I'm not a good. Like, no, that didn't feel good at all.
So I switched it up. And now it's all about relationships. Just like we have. It's all about using relationships to. To really grow our businesses and have fun while we're doing it.
I love that. I love that. And I especially love the part about growing without social media. Because this year, in 2025, I myself decided to ditch social media. Social media because I was just so done with the algorithm. And. And it was just like, for me, and I know, like, I. It's.
This is a personal thing. And it. For me, it was just a time sucker. And it was like, kind of like a little bit of a soul sucker. And it was like, it was so defeating when, you know, you post a really good post or story and you get like, one. Like. And I'm like, why am I even doing this? So, yeah, yeah, yeah.
I think as well, Jules, like, I just think people don't even know that there's options, right? Like, I think it's. It's all about playing to our strengths. Like, if you love social, if you're listening to this and you're like, oh, my God, I love dancing on reels, like, go do that. Like, live your best life and do what you're good at. But I think that what I've found is a lot of women that are growing online businesses don't realize that there's options. I think they have to be on social. And like, what you said, if you're not getting any results from it, like, it just is kind of a. Like, it just.
Yeah, it is hard, I know.
But if also you're spending time, you know, like, some people, they love it, and that's cool. Like, like, this is all about finding what feels aligned for you and going all in on it, right? And for me, that did not look like social media. And I tried. I tried a few times. I'm going all in on Instagram and, you know, five minutes later, I'm like, yeah, I'm so done with this. But that's the thing. Like, doing what feels in alignment and not being afraid to say, that's it. Like, I'm taking a break from Instagram.
Like, I haven't been on it in, like, almost six months now. But sometimes we're afraid to not do the thing because we're like. And it's sometimes also what what we hear people saying and talking about. Right. Like, and you said it. There's. There's other options.
Absolutely. And I think as well, like, when we are playing the game, like when we are on social, just be wary of who's saying the things. Because I found a lot of the times it was people trying to sell me Instagram courses or like there was something in it for them why they wanted me to keep trying. But yeah, there's so many other options. And I think being really clear with what lights you up, what feels good for you, what is in alignment, what you want to spend your time doing. If you can get clear on those answers, then look at the options that we're going to talk about today and then be like, oh, I'm going to try this instead. And give yourself that permission.
Yeah, like, especially, like moving forward, I think, like, it's so important to be okay with trying it your way. That's my quote for today. No, but.
Mic drop. Yes.
Mic drop. No, but like, it's so, like not being afraid to just, like, just go out there and be yourself. Whatever that looks like and whatever that feels like. And not being afraid of, like. Because you can get results whatever way you decide you want to get results, right?
Yeah, absolutely. Absolutely. And I think as well in this discussion, it's really important that you have clarity of what happens when people do find you. Right. So let's say you are taking a break from social and you might try something else. You might try collaboration or freebie swaps or guest speaking or PR or podcasting, whatever it is. Like, like we said, plenty of options. Let's say you want to do that.
What's going to happen when people do find you? Like, do you have a free resource that is like, sexy that people want? Is that then leading them through this customer journey, where it's going to lead them to where you want them to go. Because a lot of times people focus on the growth, which is great. We need, we need an audience to be able to sell to, to, to build our businesses, but without that intention behind where they're taking them, they just build it for the growth sake. They focus on the numbers. And then it's kind of pointless or useless if you're not actually leading them anywhere.
Yeah, yeah. And so, okay, so we're talking about all this and then people are probably. People are listening, probably wondering, okay, well, like, how do you do it? Like, what, what do you do if you're not dancing on reels and showing up on social media, then, Kylie, like, how do you do it how you do have a successful business? Not doing that.
Yeah. So I've grown my audience. My email list, I'm always up to like at the moment, I've just cleaned it actually, so it's about 8k at the moment. But I literally grew that without paid ads, without spending any money and without social media, all through relationships. And I know we're a big fan of this, but was a lot of it was through collaborative events. So it was hosting summits, it was hosting bundles, hosting audio summits, doing lead magnet swaps, things like that, where I can get in front of somebody else's audience that has my ideal clients there and we can leverage each other. Right. So that is how I've grown.
But I want to say, like, there are other options. So when I'm teaching clients this, I actually have. If you imagine, I know you're listening to this everyone, but if you imagine like a capital V, this is like my visibility framework. On one side of that V is relationship based strategy. So the things we're talking about, summits, bundles, freebie swaps, podcast guesting.
Lead magnet swaps, there's probably more, but like there's a whole, whole range of things on this side and then on the other side is the search and SEO and that still plays a part. So doing things I.e. long form content, blog posts, podcasting, if you want to be on social, it falls into that, into that category. Things like PR Pinterest, things that are more keyword driven. And what I always say to my clients or anybody that when we're talking about this is you don't have to do it all. Just pick, pick one thing that is from the relationship side, one thing from the search and SEO side and you were golden. You'll get some, some quick wins from the relationship side and the search and SEO side will take a little bit longer. But just, just choose one thing from each side and yeah, you do it on your own terms and you're off to the races.
Yeah. And it's like you said, like we were talking about this earlier. It's the compound effect of, of doing these things consistently over time. Right. Like we were just talking about. Because I'm in your empress mastermind and we just together, we made our 20s are working on and I actually spent the last couple of days working on my 2026 plan.
And that's what came up. It was consistently showing up and selling, but also growing. Right. Like that gross part is so important. And Kylie, like, like, let's be honest now, especially in 2026, it's a numbers game. Would you not agree that, like, you just need to be in front of more people consistently, all the time?
Like, right, Absolutely. Yeah. And I think, like, I think business is a numbers game, right? Like, yes, you have to have good offers. Yes. You have to know who you're talking to be really clear and have clarity and stuff. But really, if you have those foundational pieces, it is a numbers game because then you're just playing with, okay, what's the conversion rate, how many people or the offer, how much? It's literally like a mathematical equation. And I hate maths. If anyone is listening to this.
I hate math. But it really is a numbers game. So once you have the clarity on your office suite and have all of that dialed in, it is literally just getting in front of more people and more of the right people. So I will say for anyone listening, it's not all about having a big list. It needs to be the list of the right people. I don't miss that piece in this conversation. Because if you have a small list full of ideal clients, that's better than a big list full of, like, random people that might be the wrong person. Right.
So again, focusing on the quality of the lead. But to your point, Jules, like, yeah, the bigger the better. Like, the more people you can get in front of. Absolutely. And that does compound over time. So when you were just mentioning consistency, it's not like, post this thing once a week on Tuesday at 11 o'. Clock. No, no, no.
It's actually getting into a rhythm. So we are making invitations. So they're all, see, they're seeing our offers regularly. We're building that relationship. And you're thinking about how is my audience growing throughout the year? Right?
Yeah. For anybody who's listening, what would you say? Or maybe why.
Talk to the importance of collaborations nowadays?
Oh my goodness. Yes. I love this question. So again, when we think about collaborations, really the biggest benefit with any of these types of collaborative events or relationship based marketing is that we get to leverage the trust. So your business will grow at the rate of trust that you have with people. So being in a collaboration is really you borrowing their trust and saying like, hey, you, you and I. Right? Hey, you, trust and love. Jules, you're going to love and trust me too, because she loves and trusts me.
So, like, that is worth everything. Because then you're growing your email list with people that already have a little bit of that know, like, and trust with you. So again, you're going to be able to Build your business so much faster, you're going to convert, you make more money so much fast. Like it's all going to be so much easier because you've built them with people that already have a little bit of trust with you because you've used relationships. So this is the difference, right? Like if people see you, if you are using social and let's say a reel goes viral and you get this big influx of people onto your list from this specific real. If you're doing social. Right, right. They don't, they don't know like a trust you yet.
Like they are literally a very cold person that you've then got to warm up and show them that you are legit, that you do know your shit. Like that they can trust you. Sorry for swearing if anybody doesn't like, I swear a little bit, just FYI. But you know, like that, that right.
There, I love you.
I get passionate like that right there is the difference. Because yes, it can work to grow your list, but then you've got to spend the time warming them up and have a process for that. Whereas if you use collaborations, if you use relationship based stuff, you already have some of that trust already. So it's just, it's just a smarter play.
Yeah, I love that. And you're like, you can build relationships. I think, like, I think that every business owner should do some type of collaboration. Like, like if you haven't done anything yet, legit, it will change your business, right? Like I, I kind of like, I'm, I, I've always been like a networker, like back in the day of like, you know, belly to belly kind of networking events and stuff like that. I've just always been, I'm, I'm an extrovert, but I'm like, you know, I, the energy, I bring the energy and people can vibe, like people feel the vibe or whatever. So I've always been good at that and I've been doing it unintentionally for years now. And I find myself with friends all over the world who have my back, who are wanting to be on my podcast, who are wanting to support me, who are wanting. And that comes with like, like it's, it's just little bits by little step, little bits by little bits, one step at a time.
And I hosted a bundle in November. That was my first time hosting a bundle. And I find that when you're hosting a bundle, you don't get the one on one like, like you get when you're hosting a summit, because I prerecord I do interview style, so. However, I got to meet some incredible business owners that I may not have otherwise because maybe they wouldn't have been part of my summit or something like that. And it was just so nice having like, even if it was just by email, I have new friends now because of it. But not just that. I think that participating, like even just being a speaker or being collaborator or doing these things, they just over time you just, people get to know who you are, you get to know who other people are and you can start those genuine, authentic conversations with them and just go on in the DMS and say, hey, we were together on this, you know, thing or whatever or, or like, maybe, hey, we were in this bundle together and I thought you might be a good fit. Maybe we can do a freebie swap or whatever like that.
Those are just the little things that it all adds up over time, right?
Oh my goodness, yes. And I love that you brought this up because so many people will participate in things and I think that's a great place to start. So again, like, if you're listening to this and you haven't done anything, just being in something as a speaker or contributor is definitely the, a good place start because then you'll also see how the host runs it and whether you want to do anything different when it's your turn to run something of your own. But I love that you said this because a lot of times people will be in a bundle or a summit or do something like that, but then they forget and they move on, right? They're like, okay, cool, my list group by a hundred people. Next. What's next? Which is understandable because we have that long to do list as a business owner to get done. However, the magic is in of like follow up relationships. So making sure you put in your calendar.
Okay, let's circle back to the summit speakers. Who can I go and connect with now and use that as the end of like, hey, we've already got this thing in common. Let's get to know each other and see if, you know, let's, let's be friends. Let's actually and be genuine about it. Like, let's be friends and see what else we could do in the future. And so much will come just from that kind of proactive approach when it comes to building relationships and not being.
Asked, not being afraid to ask. Also for the like, like, right, like you referred me a couple of people to be guests on the podcast and we're best friends now. Like, you know, like, like, you know what I mean, like, we're new besties and it's awesome because I didn't know them before and they truly, like, they can contribute to my audience and I can contribute to their audience and it's just so much fun, right?
It's like that saying, Joe's like, the best people know the best people. So, like, think about anyone that's listening. Think about the people that are your businesses. Like, who is in that inner circle of yours right now? The best people know the best people. So see, ask, ask. Hey, do you know anybody that I could, I could get to know and connect with? And you'd be surprised where that.
Yeah, I love it. So, Kylie, tell us, like, how long have you been off social media and, and what kind of results have you seen in your business? Even though, like, because, like, there's a perception, right, that if you're not on social media, maybe you're not going to be as successful as someone who is. But, like, what kind of results have you gotten or have you seen from clients in their business just not being on social media and like, yeah, at the other ways.
Oh, I love this because this is the thing. And I think, and I'll give you, yeah, I'm an open book with all of this, but I think this is the thing. It's like we don't realize what, what can actually happen when we're putting our intention in things that actually move the needle. So I've been off social, well, since probably mid-2022. I do have an Instagram, like, 9grade. So if you go on there, I have like a shot, something that acts as a shop front. Like, I look, look legit. If people want to suss me out on there, there's a link in the bio so they can go and sign up to my email list.
So, like, there's still a presence there. But I'm not posting on my profile. I'm not really doing Instagram stories. I don't do reels. Like, I'm not active on there, but I still have, have that. So if you're listening and you're like, oh, I wouldn't, I'd like to be off it, but I don't know how that might be a good first step for you is to create some kind of shop front. But yeah, I've been off since, since then and I've grown my list. I'm almost at 10k.
I was on the way to 10k before I cleaned it. So you K? I've been like mid six figures now for a couple of Years, which is amazing. Like, I'm the sole, the main bread winner for our family. So like it's, it can do amazing things and I, I guess even money and revenue and numbers aside, it's also enabled me to build really good relationships, really good friendships, more confidence, work on actually building offers that light me up, that don't burn me out. I, I only work school hours because my, both my boys are at school, so it's a bit more flexible. And then I've got clients, like we could talk stacks of client stories. I've got clients that have, you know, focused and they've been, have massive PR splashes, they've done TedX talks, they've had like 50k launches. Like they do amazing things because, not because they're not on social, but because they're targeted at what aligns for them, what their intentional about what they're focusing on.
And I know we're going to talk about my method in a second, but they work on those pieces that actually move the needle instead of that busy work that we kind of get sucked into if we're not like laser focused on what we actually need to be doing.
So I love it, I love it. And honestly, like, I love, like, and, and I want to get into the Empress method now. But like, honestly speaking, like, just. I got to know you because I joined one of your events, which you have, you know, consistently. And we'll talk about that at the end because we want to invite people to definitely participate if they want to. But I knew you before, right? Like I've been on and off of your email list. We've been in events together. You were on one of my summits, were you not? Like, or maybe you.
I believe, I think maybe, yeah, I think so. I've done, we've done stuff like that.
Together on one of them, I think you were. But anyway, you were part of the bundle. I was part of your summit as well when you did yours. So like we've been in each other's worlds and I was kind of like getting to know you, but I didn't really know you. So, but I honestly, like I was telling my friend the other day, like, I'm like, Kylie is the strategy. I wish I found you sooner because you brought what I have been looking for for years into my life. Like, like it's one thing to know, like, okay, you know, maybe you, you ditch social media, but now what, like, what do I do? Right? Or, or maybe like, you know, I have amazing offers, but now what, Right, Like I was missing that strategy piece, which you are so good at. And I think that.
That sometimes it's. It's what is missing. Like, we're good at what we do. We have amazing offers, but now what. What do we do with all that? So I don't know if that ties good into going into the Empress method.
Yeah, of course. And I think. I think it ties perfectly because it's like, it's a system. And I think this is the thing. It's like, we know we're all smart, you know, incredibly intelligent women. We're building amazing things. We have this massive vision, but sometimes we don't have the system to know what is the right thing. I call it like the Runway, right? Like, that's.
That's the thing that changes whether somebody reaches their goals or not, is that they know what to work on when.
Sorry, I had to cough. I didn't want to cough anyway, so they know what to work on when. So. So when I'm taking people through the Empress method, which we can chat about quickly now, and anybody listening, what I would encourage you to do is get a pen. And whenever I say something that, like, hits you in the gut or you're like, oh, I don't have that yet, jot it down. And that's what you need to work on next. Right? But, yeah, it is literally just working through the system. So with the Empress Method, let me tell you a little bit about how it works for anyone that is tuning.
So we are assuming that you're clear on your messaging and your positioning, your offers and who you are as a CEO. So that is the foundational work. Right? We make sure we have clarity on those three things, and then we move into lead flow, sales flow, and scaling flow. So lead flow is all about, firstly, visibility. So how are new people discovering you without, in my opinion, relying on social media? So are you consistently putting yourself in new rooms? Are you showing up sometimes, but not consistently? Or are you feeling kind of invisible so you can kind of, like, diagnose yourself with that? So, like, how are people discovering you? Is step one, step two in the lead flow? Is the audience growth? So how is your world, your email list, your audience actually expanding? Are you adding new leads to your email list or to your audience every day, every week? Or does it feel like it's a little bit stagnant? Right. What I want for every single woman that I work with is that we want new leads every day. Like, we want this lead flow tap to be turned on so that leads are coming in to find us Every single day without using social media. So that's number two is audience growth.
So again, how do you feel about your own audience growth? The third thing with the lead flow is then the lead quality. So we don't just want anyone like we were talking about at the start, right? We don't just want all these random people. We want better leads. So this is all about making sure that you are putting out things that are attracting the right people, that you're segmenting your list, that you're getting data about who's actually on there, that you're attracting people that are ready for that signature offer. So again, think about that. Like, what's your lead quality like? Do you feel like that is like, amazing? Your. Your leads are aligned, warm, the perfect people. Or is it like I'm about 50, 50? Or like, oh, shit.
Like, I think mine's actually really unqualified and probably pretty cold. Like, we need to look at that. So again, like, that's the lead flow. So think about that visibility, audience growth, lead quality. Once we have all of that green and turned on and running really smoothly, we move into the sales flow. Now, Gilles, you bypass some of this because you were like already off to the races when you joined Empress, which was amazing. So again, this is a little bit of a.
Choose your adventure. In a sense, you can, you can skip things when they're already rocking and rolling, right? But then we move on to the sales flow. So this is then how. How do these people become clients?
Right?
Do you have a sales ecosystem that you're making money without the pressure, the hustle, right? On your own terms? So the first thing in the sales flow we talk about is your office suite. So do you have a scalable signature offer? Do you have an entry point? Do you have expansion offers, a part of that so that it is profitable, it is scalable and it is really simple. Or is it kind of confusing? Or do you have like random offers? Or you're only doing one on one and it's not scalable, so you get to like, diagnose that as well. But ideally, we want something that's like simple, scalable.
Really, really fun and easy for you to like, actually put your time and effort into. Then it's messaging. So what's your messaging like? Are people actually knowing who you are, what you do? Does that feel really good? Are they. Are they resonating with it? Is your messaging converting? Can you send an email and make sales like, what words are you using? And then lastly is the sales rhythm. So how are you Choosing to sell. There are so many different ways to sell. When we actually talked about this on the 2026 planning call, right? Like, there's so many different ways to sell, but are you doing it in a way that feels really good for you? Right. That makes your sales really predictable.
That lights you up. It doesn't burn you out. So thinking about that again, you can diagnose yourself and feel like, oh, it's really facing feminine over here. You might want to work on that. So that's. So that's lead flow. That's the sales flow. And then the last part of the method, once we've turned all of that on, once you've got leads coming in and they're the perfect people and they're buying your shit all the time, and you're like, oh, my gosh, this feels so flowy and easy and great.
Then we move into scale. So we don't want to scale anything until we've turned all of that on. And depending where you start from, depends how long it takes, right? You might, like jewels. You might not start at the very beginning. You might start halfway through, and it doesn't take as long. Or if you're starting at the start, amazing. You get to build it right the first time. But the last piece is the scaling flow.
So we look at your delivery systems, we look at your operations, and we look at how you're actually going to scale the business. Do you need team? What do you need to actually take this thing to the next level without it killing you in the process? So, yeah, that is the Empress model that we. We go through. And again, anyone listening, if any of it, like, was like, oh, I don't have that. That is, like, your intuition. That is your, like, signal 2026. I need to work on this piece, because then that's what's going to make, you know, your life and your business so much easier. So is that helpful?
Yes. Yes, definitely. And then, like, the next phase, right? Like, you have to kind of like, start where you are.
Complete that phase, and then move forward.
Let's talk about your expansion event now, because, like, those are. I participated in. Was it your first expansion event that I participated?
Yes, it was. It was my first one.
Yeah. Yeah, it was incredible. It was so amazing. You did it over two, two days. So the format might be different now, but. But it was so amazing. It was awesome. It was.
If it was full of actionable, it was full of strategy. I'll let you tell the listeners what the expansion event is. And, like, hopefully, you know I'm like, I'm like everybody should sign up for this. But like if it feels aligned, obviously we'll tell you where to check to see when the next event is.
Yeah, of course. So the reason I started hosting this was mainly just because I wanted to work deeper with people. So the Empire expansion event. So yeah, at the moment it's a two day workshop, super hands on. The reason we say at the moment is because I'm thinking about switching it to one day, but I haven't made up my mind yet because I do love the two day format but it's like two and a half hours over two days. Like what? Day one and then day two. And it's a super curated room so there's only ever 30 women at a time inside. And the reason for that is because I want to make sure that everybody that joins is at the same level.
Have you ever been on those trainings drills and I know you would have, but those webinars or things where everyone's at a different level and so you get like the super foundational questions and they get super advanced questions and so like some of it doesn't even apply to you and you're like, well this was a waste of time. I did not want that. I wanted to be able to go deep with people. So yeah, super curated. And we work on exactly what we just went through, the Empress method. But we work on. Okay, how do we do this? Like what is the strategy that you need for your personalized business plan for what you're building for the dream you have, the, the empire you're building? Like what do you need to grow it without social media and then make more money? Because that is my deep desire is just to put more money in the hands of incredible women because we'll be able to do incredible things with it. And I really want women to be able to like live life on their own terms.
Right. Like ah, it lights me up so much. So that's what the event is. So yeah, two days. If you want to come, we'll put the link in the show notes but it's just Kylie Kelly.com event and the next event dates will be up. It's a do it every six to eight weeks. So yeah, if you're interested, please. I will say that because it's a curated room, I do do a pre event call.
So it's a 10 minute call where we actually jump on a zoom and you tell me a little bit about your business so I can make sure that the event will serve you Because I don't want you wasting time in a room that might not be the right fit. So there is a little bit of a process, but as Jules just said, it was well worth it, right?
It was so worth it.
And.
And also. But, like, not just that, that. The collaborations, the relationship building, that happened at the same time, too. And. Well, I got to know you. But, yeah. And just even getting on the call with you for 10 minutes to kind of, like, even if you're listening to this and you're like, well, I don't know if this would be a right fit for me. Like, book the call with Kylie, because it might be the.
The right fit once you start chatting about your business. And it's super chill. It's not formal at all. And it's like.
Like, you know, we have a stack of fun, right? We breakout rooms. And, like, I don't know, I. I definitely want to make sure that it's. It's fun and relaxed and everybody feels safe to use their voice. One of my biggest values is safety and, like, love above all. So it's like creating a space where everybody feels safe that actually can share really deeply and share with each other and connect and. Yeah, there's been some beautiful relationships come out of these events between you guys without me even being included, which I love. I love that.
But also, like, if you need to be vulnerable, also, it's a safe place to. To do so. Because the workshop was so actionable. Like, you know, there was homework and there was, like, you know, it wasn't fluff. Like, it wasn't a fluff workshop. Like. Like, this is how you do. This is what you do.
Like, no, wait. This is how. No, this is. This is what you need to do. But then. Then you're left with, like, who knows how. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. So that was what.
That is what was great about your workshop because it gave us some guidance. And then obviously after that, I was like, well, I'm in. Like, I just need to be in your world because you're awesome and you're the strategy to my.
Anyway, I love where you're going with that.
I was just gonna let you see what you came up with. Thinking to my end, the strategy to my.
Me. You complete me. Like, honestly, legit. Like, I joined your mastermind, you know, and. And not even two months later, I. I tripled my. The month prior. So, you know, that's just an indication of, you know, putting in the work, but having the strategy to go along with, you know, what was missing from my Business specifically.
And I'm sure maybe other people who are listening are feeling the same way too.
Yeah, I think that's the thing. I think something that I always try to do differently because I've been in things that I've been burnt by. Right. Where you're like, you just feel like a number. It feels really shitty. So one thing that I. Yeah, right. It's like coaching trauma or something.
But yeah, like I think something that I tried to do differently when I created my mastermind was like. Well, no, it's, it's got to feel different. There's got to be a lot of support. I want it to be like co creation where I'm, I'm not just telling you what to do. Like I'm, I'm there if you need like, like anything, which I hope you.
Feel that and then some. You know, I'm always, I'm always telling you like it, it's above and beyond what my like expectations were.
Yeah, I love that. I'm not paying her to say this, guys. This is, this is totally not meant to be.
But yeah, if you are listening. So like I would love you to, yeah, book a call, have a look at the page, see if it speaks to you. If it does, book the little pre event call and we could definitely chat. And if it's not the right time or the right next step for you, I will tell you and I will give you direction on what to do instead. There might be a podcast to listen to. There might be some other thing that you can go and do that'll prep you and help you get to that next place. I'm not going to just leave you stranded. So yeah, I would love to, love to connect.
If anything, just check out the website anyway or get on there. Get on Kylie's email list.
Yes, yes, yes.
Oh, awesome. Well, everything we talked about is going to be in the show notes. So make sure that you go and say say hi to Kylie, whether it's replying to one of her emails or any of that good stuff. And if any last words on the whole topic of growing your business without social media and paid ads.
I honestly think, and I think we talked about it beautifully today, but I think it's all about doing things your own way and giving yourself permission, not subscribing to the way that we've always been told. I think that, you know, if you're not sure, then tune out everything else. Delete the app off your phone for a week, go and sit in the grass and feel the sun and just see what you really want, because the answers, I believe, are always within us, and it has to feel good for us. So give yourself permission to do things a bit differently.
I like to tune everything off because that's. We can get into comparison. I mean, that could be a whole podcast. Podcast episode. Absolutely dangerous. Comparing yourself to other people. My goodness. Thank you so much, Kylie, for being here, for having this conversation with me.
I love you. You're amazing. And thanks for being on the show. It was so good having you.
Oh, thanks for having me. It was so much fun.
You're welcome. And if you are listening to this, I will talk to you on the next episode.
