Hello. Thank you for listening to. I'm speaking with Elizabeth West. I am your host. Thank you for listening to my new trailer. What this podcast is mostly? Well, most of the episodes are love letters, as I call them, to introverts, empaths, highly sensitive people, and those with ADHD. Now that I'm finding out that I have ADHD, I found that out recently in two 2023, actually. I kind of always had an idea, and now I know that I definitely have it.

So it's my love letters to the above. And a lot of my episodes are about life events that I'm either currently going through or have recently gone through of episodes titled number 32, called my instincts are just that. They're mine. And another episode, episode 31, which is titled the heart knows before the mind does. So I have episodes on that. I also talk about world events that are happening, some things going on in the world. I talk about women in business a lot and just business in general and business and entrepreneurship, actually, most of my guests are making a living in the online business world, so I'll have a lot of guests talking about that as well. And how did I think of the name, the title I'm speaking Dot, dot, dot with Elizabeth west? Well, a couple of reasons.

First, it was just going to be called I'm speaking without my name. And then a friend of mine said, well, aren't a lot of people going to have that title? Because at the time, this was in 2020 when then Senator Kamala Harris was at a VP debate, and she was at the debate with then Vice president Mike Pence. And Mike Pence kept interrupting then Senator Kamala Harris, and she had to keep saying, excuse me, I'm speaking. So it kind of became a term, at least, and for a lot of women as well. And so I thought, how cute to have a term titled I'm speaking. And then I'm literally speaking because it's a podcast. And when my guests are on, when I have guests on, I change the clip art to say I'm speaking Dot, dot, dot, and I have their name. So I thought, how cute to do that.
