Yoga. Let's let's start at the the the the the crust of the, the moment. Like in 2007, you started yoga. Was there a reason you wanted to start yoga or was it just, you heard of the benefits of yoga? Because nowadays, we hear about how amazing yoga is. So
Kayoko Mitsumatsu 00:03:11 - 00:03:40
Yeah. That's a good question. I just love physical exercise always. So I actually did, Taekwondo here in Los Angeles, then I got black belt. So, like, I everything I do, I just focus. So my girlfriend just asked me to join her and to just take yoga class, and I you know, it wasn't that popular 15 years ago. But there were you know, I'm very fortunate. Los Angeles, there were so many great teachers, great studios, so I started going.
