I want to get serious for a moment because this is nsa. I said we're going to get serious here. And I have a question for you. Do you like money? I'm sorry, what? I said do you like money? Do you like getting paid to speak? Do you like getting paid to speak a lot? Do you like a lot of money to get paid to speak a lot? Yes. How about if I told you that you could sell multiple speeches to clients so that over the course of potentially months, six months, a year, or in many cases with me, many, many, many years, you actually get paid to deliver speeches to clients over and over and over again. And those topics of those speeches do not necessarily repeat. It doesn't mean that you are watering down your brand. It doesn't mean that you are watering down your expertise.

And I want to start by talking to you exactly what about what, what I mean by a webinar. And by the way, I've been speaking via webinars for many, many years, even before the pandemic. But I'm going to tell you more about what happened during the pandemic that really kick started this mental idea of really building a strategy into my speaking business, which by the way, is not just virtual. So I am a keynoter, I am a workshop speaker, I am a webinar speaker. I do coaching, I'm a writer, I, I do other things as well. But webinars have been very, very helpful to me. And the reason why I wanted to give this talk today was because when I have spoken with like other chapters or other speakers and I talk about building webinars, there's a lot of misunderstanding about what that means. And also how to take your one topic which you think you have only one of and actually convert it or extract from it, many, many different topics that become work products that you can sell in the form of webinars.

So what do I mean by a webinar? So first and foremost, I do mean a virtual presentation. So this is a vocabulary issue, it's a packaging issue and it's going to change depending on the nature of your client. So the virtual presentation could be a virtual keynote, it could be a virtual workshop, a breakout. There's going to be other virtual products that I'm going to tell you about today. But the bottom line is that from the client's perspective, I have found that they tend to really understand the word webinar. They understand it as a virtual work product. And here's the key. It is content and value driven.

By the way, you're going to get all these slides. So I just wanted you to know. So value and content driven is very important because what we are not talking about is we are not talking about a free sales based webinar where I deliver to you a webinar that's for free. About why you would want to buy my coaching. Do I coach? Yes, but that's not what my webinars are about. I very, very, very, very rarely do free or very, very low fee webinars. We're talking about cold hard cash. And so what we do is we have to really make sure that when we deliver the webinar, it is value driven for the client and it is content driven.

Great question. So the question is synchronous or asynchronous? In other words, live or not live? Thank you for asking that. And so what I'm doing is most of my webinars are live and recorded and the license for the client is part of the deal. And we're going to talk more about that.
