We're going to get to know the panel just a little bit better. Warren, how many emails do you have in your inbox?

Are the questions going to get easier or harder after this? Actually, that's an easy one because my head of IT called me last week and asked me the exact same question with a little bit different tone in her voice. The answer is 41,335.

So what skill do you have that isn't related to the speaking industry?

I'm a pasta lover, and I can describe in detail every fettuccine Alfredo dish I've ever had in any Italian restaurant. Restaurant.

That's amazing. Okay.

But I did tell you, if the Pasta Lovers association convention ever has me on a fettuccine panel, I'll get back to you.

You'll be perfect. Perfect. And can you help us understand a bit about your business model?

Yes. Kepler Speakers is an exclusive bureau. We have about 140 exclusive speakers. And I think a common misperception I'm finding just walking the halls here is that our exclusive speakers get most of the bookings, and that is not true. Half of our bookings are non exclusive speakers. A number of faces I see here. So about half exclusive, half non exclusive. We also have a management model.

And I said management model, not division or subsidiary, because it's just a handful of speakers. So it's really just more a method of representation. You know, it's kind of an informal basis and we have no plans to grow that into anything large.

Okay. And would you consider yourself a hybrid?

Yeah.

Anything. True crime 2020. And then I always love Schitt's Creek. Always.

All right. And what's your go to coffee?

Order a grande Americano, sugar free vanilla and non fat milk. And I throw in a donut because I love donuts.

We are a non exclusive boutique bureau. And not by design, but we're all women.

Okay, speaker. So I mean we're around with celebrities a lot. Speakers a lot. But there's one that still gets me and that's Les Brown.

Yes, just your heart. And we saw him last year. We were so lucky. What's your business model?

My business model, I'm just launching, actually, I've been 10 years in the bureau industry as a bureau agent and I loved it. It was amazing. And I looked and saw what I love doing so much, which is speaker strategy, business strategies strategy and speaker development. So I'm launching a. I have just launched a small speaker management company. Very small boutique.
