Let me just see who's in the room. Who is currently an NSA member, raise your hand. Who's currently a new member. All right. Excellent. Welcome. Congratulations. I look forward to giving you yet more perspective of what makes the value of the National Speakers Association.

Tell you a little bit about who I am. I've been in this organization for 15 years. I'm a certified speaking professional as of 2023. I've done a couple of TEDx talks. I've hoop danced on the main stage of NSA for some of you who might remember and written several books, et cetera, et cetera. My goal and mission is to help clarify the brilliance of thought leaders all over the world so that they can make the biggest possible impact. So what I'd love to share with you is the goal for today is to really understand NSA at the highest of levels of what your benefits are of being in this organization. For you to create a very simple and actionable action plan that you can do and answer any questions, raise your hand.

NSA staffers, let's go through here, we've got Darrell. Introduce yourself and what your role is so everybody can get a perspective of who we have in the room.

Okay, so my name is Darrell Jackson. I'm Director of Member Experience. I manage all membership recruitment and retention initiatives.

Hi, I'm Shelby Longman and I am the CSP admin for nsa. So if you have any CSP questions in the future, let me know. And then I'm also the Education manager. So I work directly with Janelle with the Digital Vault and anything content related for not social media, but in the Digital Vault, education. Perfect. And I'm Janelle Dempsey. I'm the Director of Education. So I take care of the Digital Vault, our learning management system, our webinars, our new online conference Activate, and all of our online learning.

Fabulous. Thank you, NSA team. I appreciate you. Okay, so let's get into it. You heard a little bit about my background. There are a lot of different people that are in the National Speakers Association. You've got thought leaders, coaches, consultants, advisors, authors, podcasters, influencers. We are no longer just about speaking.

So I want to kind of see who you are in the room and what your objective is. So number One is, are you here to get more, more speaking? Are you here to sell more product, to sell a membership program, etc. Do you, are you a trainer, are you a consultant, are you a coach, are you a thought leader? Or are you here simply because passion has brought you here and you have a message and you want to get it out there? Let me see the hands for and let's see the priorities. Whose priority is number one? Raise your hand. High priority. We want the top one. The top one. Okay, great, thank you.

How about two, three? Excellent. Four, five, six. And anybody else I didn't cover? What's yours? Hold on one moment, let me get you a microphone. These are going to be the outcome of what I need.
