Something went wrong!
Hang in there while we get back on track

All right. Good morning, nsa. What a dynamic looking group. I'm so happy to be with you here. We are ready to go back to the future. Anybody who's in love with the status quo, with all the change that's coming, is going to have a difficult time. It's time to open our minds and see what's going to happen and how fast it's going to happen. And things are going to happen fast.

Fast. Let me ask you a question. How many of you know what a blast back is? A blast back is when a rocket returns to the launch pad. How do they do that? How do they make that happen? You see, there's some interesting things we're going to see as the future unfolds in the next few years. So we're going to talk a little bit about the future this morning from my perspective. Scott may have mentioned I'm a software executive. Don't be too impressed. I don't write any code.

We've got some brilliant people who do that. But one of the things I've been learning in the last three or four or five years is things are going to happen faster than ever before. The experts were saying in 2020, by the year 2029, that AI will have advanced to the degree that super intelligent robots will exceed the IQ level of the geniuses on our planet today. Recently they upgraded their prediction. They said by the year 2025 last quarter, robots with superhuman capabilities, super intelligence will exceed the IQ of our Mensah people in the world. Wow. Now, interestingly enough, in Memphis, Tennessee, my home base. Elon Musk chose Memphis maybe because we've got the largest Clearwater aquifer in the world.

But he chose Memphis to be the site of his supercomputer plant where he's building the Colossus. Boy, it's really going to be cool. And what they're doing in our community is really unbelievable. So Fred Smith of FedEx passed away a couple of weeks ago, and all that FedEx was to Memphis. Now Elon Musk is showing up and he's going to make some even greater things happen. The future's unfolding, interestingly enough. Elon Musk, I won't say he's superhuman, but the guy is absolutely brilliant. It's hard to put a problem in front of him that he can't find a solution to.

The guy's amazing. One of his quotes is, AI is the most important technology humanity has ever created. With it, we will solve mysteries of the universe faster than we can currently comprehend. Absolutely amazing. Here's a familiar face. Our own Dan Burris, the futurist. I called Dan. I said, dan, you know, I'm really curious.

You're into this stuff and you were into robotics 20 years ago and you're seeing all this AI come into the play today. I'm just kind of curious. Do you think we will reach a point in some near term that inanimate objects will be able to get on the stage and make a speech robot hologram? He said, I send you a quote, Don. I said, that's great. That's what I want for my show. And here's what Dan said. The transformational changes in both generative and agentic AI are being severely underestimated with the advent of superintelligent deepfake bots. We're now capable of having conversations with deceased people.

Yes, I believe they will be making speeches, but they will lack the human connection. And that last sentence is the takeaway for you. We gotta maximize our human connection and our ability to deliver on the platform. We gotta be the best we can be. That's what Dan was alluding to. You might talk to a meeting planner and say, you know, I'd really like to address your conventions in a couple of years from now. You might say, well, yeah, we got a hologram to open it. We're going to have George Washington start our show.
