0:00 Audacious Big Deal Identity Mentor

Julie

Hi there. Welcome back to the show. Today I have a special guest. Leanne Sia is here with me today. We're in the uk, the north of the. The north of England. And it's the first time that I meet, that I met, meet, meet Leanne. How are you?

Leanne Sia

I'm so well, thank you, Julie. I'm super excited to be here and meet you as well. This is the first time that we've seen spoken semi in real life, isn't it?

Julie

I know, it's great. I love meeting new people, especially when the chemistry is there, right?

Leanne Sia

Oh my God, we've been vibing, haven't we? Before we hit the record button.

Julie

I mean, and we have like a five hour time time change between us. And so I'm like, it's evening your time, afternoon my time. But I'm like, you know, if we didn't put boundaries on ourselves, we'd be talking like for hours before we even hit the record button.

Leanne Sia

I know we would be. And we don't want to have all the juice before we hit the record button.

Julie

So, Leanne, I'm like super excited to have you here and you're like, totally someone I wish I knew sooner. And I'm like just meeting you now for the first time and actually it's because in the mastermind that I'm in, there was a. You did a recording with Kylie and that's how I met you and I just knew that you would be a good fit for the podcast. So, um, before we get started, I would just love for you to share who you are, who your audience is, how you help them and anything you feel called to.

Leanne Sia

Oh, thank you so much, Julie. So I'm Leanne Sia and I am an audacity and big deal identity mentor and essentially I help ambitious women stop listening to their head fuckery and step into the most audacious big deal identity. I love helping women who look like they are successful on paper but feel like they're stuck in their uncomfortable comfort zone and they know that their next level isn't to be found in potentially a strategy or even another court, it's actually found in themselves.

Because we all have, like, I think we, we've all been conditioned as women to hold back. And I feel like for you really to maximize your potential in your business and in your life, the best way to do that is to be your most audacious big deal energy self.

Julie

I love that. And I think like, not enough of us are kind of like adopting that and just fully going all out and so I'm so glad that we're having this conversation because I, like, I think it's important to normalize it more and more.

Leanne Sia

Absolutely.

Julie

Yeah. And like, like, let's be truthful and honest. Like, like online businesses, there's just more and more and more of them now. And you need to kind of do something to stand out, right?

Leanne Sia

Oh, absolutely. I think as well, like, we're in the age of AI, aren't we, Julie? And it's not going anywhere. And I. Meantime, soon I know it's not going anywhere. And, and we are our own unique selling point, right? We want to stand out, we want to stop the scroll. And it's hard to do that when we are a copycat or when we're being like, vanilla and not seeing what we really stand for and what we want from our lives and businesses.

I feel like so many women, they know exactly what they would be doing if they felt audacious. They know exactly what that woman will be doing, and then they realize what the gap is between who they are now and where they would be.

And that is the gap that big deal identity work actually closes. It's quite a new concept. Like, I feel like I'm a pioneer in it, but I've been coaching for five years. I was a mum coach for two years, then I was a business coach. And then what I realized was that what made the biggest difference to all of my clients wasn't the strategy that we were working on. It was actually the woman that they had to become to execute the strategy to the best of their ability.

Julie

So if anybody is listening to this, if you remember anything from this conversation, that would be it.

Leanne Sia

Thank you.

Julie

Right, and so tell me, like, like to become that, you know, to have that big identity, that big deal ident. Does it, does it go for someone who is introvert and extrovert, like, because.

Leanne Sia

You know, they're like, absolutely.

Julie

And they're like, I don't know, like, I'm introverted, I'm shy. You know, I'm kind of like that person that likes to stay behind the scenes and all that stuff. And, and to add to that, does that mean we have to go be dancing on social media in order to have our big deal identity?

Leanne Sia

Oh, my God, I'm so pleased you asked this question, Julie, because I think some people might see me and think, oh, my God, Leanne is bold. She likes cute colors. Like, she's very vocal. And the thing is, is that big deal identity is as unique as your DNA. So my big deal identity Looks like a bold brand. It looks like me being quite opinionated, but equally I'm very warm hearted. I'm a woman's woman. I'm a people's champion.

5:47 Defining Your Big Deal Identity

However, I have clients who their big deal identity looks completely different to mine. To them it might be that the, that they speak on stages, it might be that they listen to music. To get them in their big deal identity, it might be that they write poetry. Like big deal identity is unique. And what I encourage any listener to do is to actually figure out what that looks like for you because she's in there.

So I would love to ask you, Judy, like, for you, what would, what do you think that you and your big deal identity would be doing?

Julie

I'm definitely like, I feel like I'm one of those like, you know, magnetic people. At least that's what I'm told you all. I just love community. Like I love community. I love bringing people together. I do this on in the online business, but I do this in person as well with, with like local, my friends, you know, and I'm like a bringer of people together. I'm really, really good at that. And so I think that, I don't know, like, I'm not really sure.

And that's like, I think that, that like having this conversation with you today is going to me maybe see that. And sometimes though, maybe I'm like looking at myself and I'm not seeing maybe what my big deal identity is or what that could look like.

Leanne Sia

Yeah, maybe she's been like pushed. Yeah, she might have been pushed down. Because what I see in so many women, and this is, this is the other piece, Julie, is that because we've been conditioned as women and because of our, how we have evolved as humans, we have a very loud inner critic. Darling. And that is actually the first piece of the puzzle that I work on with my clients. It is. First of all, we turn the volume down on your inner critic.

All of, I call it head fuckery, all of the self doubt imposter syndrome, the anxiety, the perfectionism, the comparison, we turn the volume down on that and then that enables us to actually open the door to our big deal identity.

You can't have one without the other. And learning how to turn the volume down on your inner critic, it's absolutely life changing. And I wouldn't have the business that I have if I hadn't been able to do that. It's liberating as hell. Julie. I want every woman to experience being able to see. I know what you're seeing in a critic, but actually I'm not gonna do what you're telling me to do.

I was on a call today with some of my clients and one of them is doing a launch for the first time and she currently only has like two sign ups and her inner critic is seen.

8:51 Overcoming the Inner Critic

Just quit. Just quit it now. No one's gonna sign up. What are you bothering for? This is just going to go, going to go into the other graveyard and your Google Docs and you're not going to do anything. And I had to say to her, that is just your inner critic and it's coming up now because you are on the edge of your comfort zone and it doesn't want you to do anything new or anything different.

It definitely doesn't want you to do something stretchy like being more visible and seeing, hey, I've got this thing and being open to potentially no one coming. So it's trying to pull you back. And that level of awareness of her inner critic and its sneaky little ways that it tries to sabotage her business enabled her to, to step back from it, look at it and see.

Do you know what? I'm going to get into my big deal identity today. And big deal identity, Julie says to her inner critic, I hear you, I see you. But I am willing to get out of my comfort zone because this is the mission that I'm on.

Julie

I love that. And I think like, also like being, you know, on the virtual event show, a virtual summit show, you know, this applies to every aspect of our business and our life truly. So we can use this, you know, when we're thinking about hosting a virtual event and, and just getting out of our own way. Right. And being right. But also in any aspect of our business. So this is something that applies to all of that.

But before we move further, like, I'm like, okay, so what would you define, how would you define big deal identity? Like firstly and like, okay, well, okay, that's all fine and dandy, Leanne, but how the hell do I find my big deal identity? And what the, like, what is it and what does it even look like?

10:47 Embracing Best Case Identity

Leanne Sia

Yeah, I believe that big deal identity is backing yourself fully and knowing that you are worthy of love and amazing things in your life.

And unfortunately so many of us are. We're programmed to think the worst. We spend a lot of time in worst case scenario thinking. And what I love about big deal identity work is that it actually makes you focus on what, what's the best that could happen. So for example, back to the conversation I was having today, I had to say to my client, your inner critic is constantly telling you, worst case scenario, no one's going to sign up, you're going to look silly, it's not going to convert anyone anyway.

And I had to say to her, what is the best bloody case scenario? What might happen? And we've literally got to. It's almost like people are like, whoa, I've never thought about that before.

It's it.

Julie

I love it.

Leanne Sia

And then when we actually imagine it and I get people to talk it out, they kind of, like, their shoulders just drop and they start to smile and they're like, wow, can we actually think like this? Are we actually able to think that the best might happen and that I might get this many signups, I may get this many people on live, I might get this many conversions, I might get this many people getting amazing results with me and a change in their lives.

Like, big deal. Identity is giving yourself permission to believe that only the best is going to happen because you are an amazing person.

Julie

I know. It's so messed up how, like, we stand in our own way so freaking much. Like, they're overthinking. They're like, oh, like, I haven't sold this in, in like a few months. Maybe it should be lower price or just overthinking.

Leanne Sia

Oh, yeah.

Julie

On and on and on and on. Instead of like, what you just said being my course is freaking awesome. And there's nothing like it on the market. And, you know, or even if there is, there's nothing like there's nobody like me.

Leanne Sia

Yeah.

Julie

People will be attracted to me because of, you know, a abz, xyz, whatever, and just changing your way of thinking all around.

Leanne Sia

Yeah. It makes such a difference, Julie, because success is 20% strategy and 80% mindset. And so many of us are just focusing on the strategy. We're obsessing over the strategy. In fact, when it's actually the woman behind the strategy that makes the biggest difference.

Julie

And sometimes you don't even compute that.

Leanne Sia

Yeah. Yeah. We're so hard on ourselves, aren't we, as women? We are so hard on ourselves. And I don't know what it's like in, in Canada where you are, but I know that definitely in Australia and also in the uk, there's something called, like, Tall Poppy syndrome, where if you dare to believe in yourself or if you dare to see I'm good at this, then people are like, who does she think she is? And, and, and, and, and women will do everything to avoid that feeling of Being judged, judged by people and them seeing.

Who does she think she is?

Julie

Effy? Yeah. And I think that when you step out of that place into the big identity, the big deal identity, I think that you become magnetic and people.

Leanne Sia

Oh my.

Julie

Good about you. You mentioned at the beginning that it changed your business. Like it can truly be life changing. Do you have examples to, to share with us about like how someone went from even yourself went from this place to this place because of the identity shifting?

Leanne Sia

Yeah, definitely. So I am from a, I'm not from a privileged background. I grew with a single single mom on a council estate in a northern working class town. My dad left and I went through my whole life until I got to about 30 and had kids thinking that I wasn't special enough. Julie I had, I had big dreams when I was younger. I wanted to be a journalist in London, but, but I always just had this feeling of, Leanne, you're not special enough, stay in your lane.

People like you don't get to do audacious things. And it wasn't until I had my girls that I realized that I had anxiety and it manifested as health anxiety and it was, it was really draining the life out of me to the point that I had to go for therapy.

And my therapist said, Leanne, I actually think that your anxiety comes from a place of you not feeling good enough, that you don't deserve the life that you've got. And I was like, oh my God, that is actually it. I don't believe that I deserve the most incredible life. And that's why every day I'm checking myself to see what is going to go wrong.

That's when I started my own self worth journey. And I was driven by the fact that I didn't want my daughters to grow up feeling like me, that they weren't special enough. So I did the work. And what I realized was that I had a really loud inner critic that was very, very sneaky.

16:20 Silencing Self-Doubt, Embracing Growth

It would tell me, it would fill my head with fake news and tell me all the ways that I wasn't good enough, that I had to ask other people for validation and I wasn't the leader in my own life.

And I started to kind of question my inner critic and, and talk back to it. And then I started to notice that I felt better when I, when I was able to turn the volume down on it. And I started to practice self care and start to do mirror work and start to really love myself. And I got the place where I decided that nothing was off the table. For me and Julie, I've had an incredible life.

I've. I quit my corporate job, I set up an amazing business, I became a fully booked coach within about 10 months.

I've had some amazing client results. I've been all over the world. Luxurious holidays, business class flights. I'm getting my house built by a architect we saw on tv. I've taken the girls to Michelin star restaurants. Like, I honestly feel like nothing is off the table for me. And that is because I have been able to turn the volume down on my inner critic and step into my big deal identity. And I want every woman to experience that.

Like, literally nothing is off the table for you, Julie, or for any of the listeners here. Nothing is off the table for you, and I really want you to just bloody go for it. And it starts with turning the volume down on that noise and actually turning up the volume on your big deal identity.

Julie

I love it. So for anyone who's listening to this, like, take a moment and think about, you know, the voices, right, the inner critics, like you call them, and think about what they say to you all the time. Whether you're launching, whether you're thinking about hosting an event, whether you're thinking about creating a course, a mastermind, a membership, whatever. But this applies to life as well. Like, not just business. This is an all. It's a whole package kind of deal, right?

But think about those inner critics and, and Leanne, would you say, like, what would be your tips if, if someone's listening and is like, oh, my God, like, I, I completely know what you're saying. I feel like there's been a block and there's something blocking me from achieving greatness.

And I know, right? Like a lot of us know we're meant for greatness, but maybe that, that those inner critics are, are, are, are stopping us from getting there with all of those, you know, stupid, you know, messages and, and the critics, like, you call it, right? So what would you say? What are your best tips to start? Because it's not an overnight thing, right? Would you agree?

Leanne Sia

Like, it's not an overnight thing, but it's very quick. Like, the work that I do with people, it is insanely fast. Judy, Like, I got a 2. And it's almost like your head and your heart has been crying out for this work the whole time. Because we literally just have conversations and coaching and you build an awareness and it's like, oh, my God, everything you're saying is true. Why haven't I thought this before? Why have I been in this cult of believing that I'm not good enough my whole life, why has no one told me that I can think, live a different way?

So actually it's really potent and I genuinely believe it's because our big deal identity is there. She's just waiting to be brought into the room. So in terms of starting somewhere, the easiest thing to do is to start questioning that voice.

20:12 Challenge Assumptions, Embrace Possibilities

Okay. And, and actually asking, is this a fact? So as an example, might be one of one of your clients might be thinking, oh, you know what, I'd love to run a summit, but I, but I don't think I've got enough people in my audience and is it going to make a difference anyway? And my question would be, is that a fact? Is it an absolute solid fact that the amount of people that are in your audience is going to equal that no one is going to sign up to your summit?

And the answer will probably be that it isn't a fact. So if it isn't a fact, then there is a possibility. Right? And then that's when I would say, let's play in the best case scenario then, yes, you might only have a certain size of email list, but what could the best case scenario be? That you are everything that your audience has been looking for. You have an angle on your topic that no one's been leaning into.

That the way you're talking about it is really charismatic and human and people are drawn to you. And actually you're one of the first summits or bundles that anyone signed up for in the past six months.

21:38 Embrace Your Big Deal Identity

Julie

Yeah.

Leanne Sia

There is always a better thought to think and there's always a better thought to think than what your inner critic has given you. And your big deal identity always knows what to do. So my. The second part of that question could be lean into the best case scenario and then ask yourself, what would you and your big deal identity say about that?

And then that's where we can almost self soothe and say, oh my God, in my big deal identity, she would say, go for it. Like, you want to be the woman that runs a summit, you want to be the woman that runs a bundle. You want to be doing these like twice a year. So get started, girl. What are you waiting for? There's always an option.

Julie

I love it. So your big deal identity doesn't necessarily look like, it's not black and white. It doesn't look like a certain, you know, color or type or anything like that. It's really truly on the person, the business owner that you are able to become absolutely Absolutely.

Leanne Sia

Yeah. It's not. It's. It's not. So I don't have, like, a rulebook for your big deal identity looks like this. But what I do know is that everyone's big deal identity is really forgiving. She's really forgiving. She believes in you 1 million percent.

She sees all of your potential, and she's already there where you want to go. She's already there. And she's just willing you to come forward, to listen to her, to trust her, be willing to get out of your comfort zone and question your inner critic.

And there are so many different ways that you can step into your big deal identity. For me. So, for example, I'm recording this podcast with you, Julie. So I had my music on my favorite playlist that I can't help but dance to. I've got my favorite hair band in.

I put one of my favorite dresses on. I put some makeup on that helps me get into my big deal identity. However, for you, Julie, it might be journaling. It could be that you like quiet. It could be that you love going out and walking with your three dogs, that your big deal identity is unique to you. But I really, really invite everyone listening to find out what actually you can do that makes you feel like you're the.

Because there will be something. Without a doubt, there will be.

And I think it's most important to know what these things are and be able to do them. When you are having a wobble, when you are having one of those days when you just want to jack it all in and get a normal job. That is when you. Your big deal identity is there and you can really change things around.

Julie

I love it. All of that, all of that. That was like, just so good because, like, it's like we all have those. And you probably still have those days, right?

Leanne Sia

Of course I do. That's how I know this stuff inside it out, Julie, because I'm literally living it. I'm living it because this isn't this. This is why I have clients coming back to me year on year. It's because with every new level, okay, with every new level, our inner critic will get louder and louder. We can't outrun. We can't outrun our inner critic. It's going to come up.

I call it the Success Express. It's like we're on a. If you imagine a train, it's called the Success Express. And at every stop, your inner critic will get on and try and get you to get off the train. It doesn't want you to go any further. It doesn't want you to get to the next level. And it will come on the train and it will tell you all of these horrible reasons and vile reasons that sound very believable.

It will try and get you to get off the train and stay where you are.

And you have to be willing to say to that inner critic, no, I'm here for the long haul and I'm definitely going on to the next stop. That's why this work, it's never done forever, but you do get stronger and it helps you get to the next level.

Julie

It also helps you get visible. Right? Like, it, it impacts your visibility. Like, like, would you, would you say, like, you've been doing this for a while now and just looking at, you know, business owners, you know, in general, like, like, I'm assuming female entrepreneurs out there and all that good stuff, would you say, like, what would you, like, I don't know if there's data on this or anything like

that, but would you say, like, there's only this much percentage that steps into the big, big deal identity, whereas this percentage kind of doesn't and like, what, what a difference it can make in your life if you get to that place where you can shift and step into it?

26:35 Unapologetically Audacious Women

Right.

Leanne Sia

I think it's big deal identity work. You can, you can see people who really own it or, and are audacious. Not in a very contrived, I'm hanging off the back of a Lamborghini kind of way, like we've all seen and we're all tired of, but in a, just like, yeah, I am good at this and, and I'm a permission slip for other women who want to own how brilliant they are.

It's, it's. There is a ripple effect of women when you're, when you feel audacious or when you're around other women that are unapologetically audacious and not in an arrogant way, because no one wants to feel arrogant, but just in a. It's safe to feel this way. It's safe to want more for yourself. It's, it's safe to claim it like it is.

It's life affirming and it is, it's. I call it magnetique. It's magnetic and it's unique because you, in your audacity, Julie, you cannot be copied. And there's a lot of copycats around, isn't there? I bet you have it with, with what you do in your niche. But when you are audacious, you are magnetique and that cannot Be copied.

Julie

Yeah.

Leanne Sia

And I think that the. When you're in your big deal identity because you back yourself and you feel this level of safety, you are able to be a little bit more spicy. You are. You feel more comfortable standing out and you say things that break the mold. I mean, in. In an age of AI, so many people are just writing the same stuff and we're bored of it. So what is the best way of standing out and stopping the scroll?

It's by being more authentically you.

Julie

And just not being afraid to step into your true identity. Right? Like not being afraid to show up as who you are and what you're good at.

28:43 Normalize Women Celebrating Themselves

Leanne Sia

Oh my God. I love seeing women owning how brilliant they are. I love it. I have a community and inside there we've got something called a brag board where every week I'm saying, like, put your brags here. Because we're as women, we're conditioned to hate saying good things about ourselves. We would rather say bad things a million times over than see what we're good at. And I want to normalize women bragging about how brilliant they are, talking about the amazing pinch me moments that they've created in their lives because it gives other women permission to do the same.

Julie

Awesome. And I'm sure we could go on and on, right?

Leanne Sia

Could go on and on. What do you feel like, Julie, for your, for the people in your world that are running summit and bundles and. Because running a bundle and a summit takes them into a leadership role, doesn't it, that they are curating, they are leading. What are some of the kind of inner critic wobbles that they might have about doing that, like before or during?

Julie

Yeah, definitely. Like what you touched on already, right? Like the, the. Oh, like, like who.

Leanne Sia

Who.

Julie

I don't have an audience big enough. I don't have, I don't know, people who would. Could be part of my events or, or maybe good people, right? This perception and. Or misconception that you have to know the right people in order to have a successful event. And that's all far fals. Because truly sometimes, like, like you said before, right, like it's. It's not a fact. Like you may have the right people on your.

Maybe you have a small email list of like 150 people. The right people are in there. Could be in there, but not just that. Now with social media, there's truly no excuses. And there's Facebook groups for this kind of stuff too. When you're looking for people and. Or also you can ask for references, right? Like referrals of who would be might be a good fit. So definitely component.

But the whole like, oh, I'm a beginner or I'm, I'm new in business and that kind of stuff. And, and I feel it's like the perfect reason why you should host an event because.

Leanne Sia

Absolutely.

Julie

Right. Like, I wish I did mine sooner because like the visibility that it creates for you without even knowing, like, you have no idea the visibility it's going to create until you've experienced it. Like, like, honestly, when I hosted my first summit, it was because I needed more people on my email list. Like, I had no idea what it was going to open. Like the doors that it was going, you know, through.

Like, so, so many doors to people and collaborations and you know, not to mention like being asked to be part of events all the time. But definitely those are the little voices. Oh, you know, you're, you, you're, you're not, like, you know, you're, you're not seasoned enough.

Like you're not a seasoned enough business owner or you don't know the right people or you don't have enough people on your list. Like, I think those are the main ones.

Leanne Sia

Waiting. It's like waiting for permission, isn't it? It's like, it's almost like people would rather wait for permission than just invite themselves to the party.

Julie

Yeah, yeah. And it can be like, it's like your big deal identity. Like once you step into that, it's, it's the same with a virtual event. It can literally be life changing. It can change your business for, for better forever, no matter what, no matter if it's a small event or like a bigger event, whatever. But I think that allowing yourself to step into that big deal identity that like, you are the shit.

Like you said, yeah, you're going to host this event and it's going to be super successful because you're going to have this many people join and you're going to have, you know, X. XYZ amount of speakers or so.

And so. And, and it's funny because this morning I had a podcast interview with someone else and we were talking just about this, having the courage to ask anyway because you never know who's gonna say yes because sometimes your perception of someone that you don't know. By the way, like I could have said, oh, I'm not gonna ask Leanne to be on my podcast because like, she looks like the. And she's never gonna say yes to me.

Right? Like I could have had that inner critic, but I'M like, no, no, my podcast is awesome. I mean exactly. To be honest, I just like I'm going to ask because I just, I'm bold like that I ask like I don't care about, you know, like there are some, some inner voices that have long gone now. So, so that has never been my issue but it is for a lot of people.

And so asking any way you know is, is, is can help you get over that hump, I think, right?

33:36 Big Deal Energy for Entrepreneurs

Leanne Sia

Oh definitely. Definitely. What, what I've seen that might be pertinent for your, your audience, Julie, is that I have eight audios. It's called my Big Deal bundle and it's for business owners who at different, who might need big deal energy at different points. So I've got a one that's for when you procrastinate and when you want to raise your prices, when you get some heat online. And funnily enough, my most popular download by far is the mid launch Wobble Audio.

And I'd love to talk to you about, I'm like taking over your podcast here, but I'd love your thoughts on it. Like what would you love to say to the people who have got out of their comfort zone the oh, and they've launched the bundle or the summit and they have the mid launch wobble and rather than in the, in the last few days of the bundle have gone even bigger and more audacious and filling their head full

of best case scenario thoughts, they actually pull back like what would you love to see about that? Because it's definitely a thing.

Julie

I know and actually that's funny because that's how I met you. I listened to a mid launch. I think that that's what that with Kylie, but so true, right? Like we can get discouraged when we're getting, we're not getting the right amount of. Not, not the right amount because there is no right amount. The word I'm looking for is that we're not getting as many signups as we thought we were or as, as many as we wanted.

And then we get the voices, you know, and then you get discouraged. And I think that if you treat it as if it was the first day that you were launching it, keep that excitement going, ride the wave. But like don't pay too much attention to numbers because that's.

It's a metric. It's. It's a vanity metric, right? Like the numbers makes no difference because all you need is one person. And I think like honestly like virtual events, virtual bundles, summits, audio summits, whatever you Want to call them? They're not. Yes, there is some instant gratification because my Last bundle I, I 1150 new, brand new people on my email list, right, you get that instant gratifications. There was no VIP upgrade, so I only made money through visibility upgrade from contributors.

But the thing is is that people don't see necessarily is that it's the revenue that's going to come from your events for years to come. For years to come.

And I'm a data nerd, so I've pulled that data. Every time someone buys something from me, I know exactly where they came from. And guess what? The majority of them come from either my events or someone else's events I've been on. But almost 50% of my revenue comes from hosting my events. That's crazy.

36:45 Overcoming Inner Critic Challenges

Leanne Sia

That's amazing. That's amazing. I think it's, it's so our inner critic loves the mid launch wobble. It will be straight in there saying, oh my God, look, just quit now. There's no point, no one wants it. And I would invite our listeners to just talk back to it like what? What is it a fact that no one else is going to buy? Is this not the chance where you shine even brighter and say this is why you should come and do this?

Like what can you do differently? If you were in your big deal identity, how would she end this launch? Would she just hide under her duvet and eat pot noodles or would she get even more visible and loud? And I think we know what the answer would be, Julie.

Julie

Absolutely 1,000% till the very end to the finish line and then roll into your launch like a mother.

Leanne Sia

Yes, you know, yes, totally. Oh my God.

Julie

Oh, that's been so awesome. So awesome. Anyways, if you didn't have anything to add to that, I wanted to talk about your freebie because you have a good one and it's called where did I make note of it here. The Big deal CEO scorecard. Tell us. Yes, I'm gonna have the link for everybody in the show notes so you don't have to worry about, you know, where to find it.

38:14 Identity Shift Coaching Scorecard

Leanne Sia

Oh, that is brilliant. Thank you for sharing that. So it is a series of questions, slash coaching in disguise that it will ask you like where are you currently holding back on your big deal identity and where can you actually get out of your own way and step into it? Because it will change the trajectory of your whole business when you're able to do this. So yeah, there, there are around 25 questions.

It'll take about three to five minutes and I've had people come back and say, oh, my God, Leanne. Like, I feel called out, but I feel seen and they feel fired up. And I would love for your, for your listeners to check out the scorecard and tell me what you get. Like, tell me what your score is.

We, I score across five different pillars that are all related to how you are actually showing up in your business and owning how bloody brilliant you are. And for a lot of people, we're not owning it enough.

Julie

And honestly, like, like I was gonna add to that. Oh, sometimes, like mid conversation, I'm like, oh, I, I need to talk about that. Like, I need to, you know, and then by the end of the phrase, it's like gone.

Leanne Sia

Poof.

Julie

I can't remember now, what was it? It'll come back to me. Or maybe not, it's not important. But it was mostly about, oh, being called out sometimes is a good thing.

Leanne Sia

Oh, definitely. I love being called out. I, I, I say to my business coach or coaches when I have them, I want you to be brutal. Like, I don't hear it until it's a harsh truth. And I don't want anyone to be scared. By doing the scorecard, I actually give you your results in a very loving way where you feel affirmed. However, for me personally, I love a bloody harsh truth. What about you, Julie?

Julie

Yes, me too. Just tell it to me.

Leanne Sia

Yeah, absolutely.

Julie

If you see something that's not working, please share, Tell me. Like, because sometimes we don't see it for ourselves, right?

Leanne Sia

Yeah, we don't. Yeah, we're too in it, aren't we? We're too in it to see it.

Julie

Yeah, Yeah, I love it. And so, okay, so I know like, like this has been so great and we've talked about, like, so, so many good things, but if people are like, truly vibing with you, Leanne, and like, like, I, I want to work with Leanne because I want to step into my big deal identity. How can they, like, obviously I'll have your website in the show notes, but, you know, just maybe a little bit, like, how, how can they, how, how could they work with you in order to step into that identity shift?

I guess.

Leanne Sia

So right now the best way to contact me would be on Instagram. I don't post on Instagram. I've got a gorgeous 15 grid up there. But I am in my DMs daily and my, my, the place to start with my offers would be my Audacity activation. That is two hours of Audacious activation. I'm Gonna. You're gonna come onto the call. You're gonna tell me your deepest and darkest.

41:36 Unveiling Your Inner Power

Deepest and darkest secrets. I'm gonna lovingly call you out, and we're gonna get into the nitty gritty of your inner critic and what it's actually scared of. We're gonna call it out. Then we're gonna bring your big deal identity into the room. We're gonna fall in love with her. We're gonna find out what she wants to bring in in the next next 90 days, and then we're gonna make a plan to make it happen.

Like, people come off these calls feeling like a different person. They say that they feel like the fog has lifted, that they're magic, that they are like a brain cleanse.

Because I just see clearly what you can't see for yourself. I'm a mirror, and I reflect back to you how brilliant you are in such a way that you cannot ignore it and you can't feel to be activated by it.

Julie

Amazing. I love it. Thank you so much, Leanne, for being on the show. It's been so nice to meet you.

Leanne Sia

I've loved this, Julie.

Julie

We definitely vibe. We definitely have the. That chemistry, for sure.

Leanne Sia

I'm gonna be coming to you when I host my first summit, obviously.

Julie

Awesome. I can't wait. No little inner critic voices saying you can't do it.

Leanne Sia

No. I mean, I'll have to turn the volume down and it will pipe up, but I'll. I'm gonna show it who's boss. Amazing.

Julie

Amazing. Thank you so much for being on the show. And if you are listening to this, I'll chat with you in the next episode.

Leanne Sia

Oh, Julie, thank you so much. Take care.

Julie

You're welcome.
