Actually, surveying. Let's go. Let's just get this party started.

Pumping it up. There you go. There we go. When I grow up, I'll have the radio voice just like you, Phil. Oh.

grow up. When

When you grow up, I have the face for radio, so it might make sense that I have the voice for radio. How did you start getting into first of all, how did you get over your stutter? Because that's huge.
Sylvain Hache
00:01:43 - 00:02:06
Man, so insane. Funny. Just this past Monday, I was interviewed by Raja, Victory Mindset Academy, And the guy is a part time stutterer. Oh. And preparing for the show so my preparation for the whole show here is this. So everybody can see that this is my preparation. Help me. It's help me.
Sylvain Hache
00:02:06 - 00:02:50
Little square. When I used to work at the bank, 2002, 2004, and I had to psych myself up a 30 minute routine in the morning just to not barf on my way to work because I hated it so much. And I had to take drugs in the parking lot coming out of there to wash away the memories of that day. And at that time, during these times, I was still kind of a part time stutterer. So the thing about stuttering is that when you stutter all the time, it doesn't affect you as much as when you stutter some of the time. Because what happens is when somebody stutters full time, you internally give up, Phil. You're not like you're not even trying. You know? So, yeah, you have a thought.
Sylvain Hache
00:02:50 - 00:03:16
Say your thought is, could you pass me the salt, please. That's the thought, but it goes and you know it's gonna jam on you. So, you kinda give up, Then you do some work. You go see the ear, nose, and throat doctor. You do some therapy. You work on yourself. You do a bunch of stuff for years, and then you decide, then you will. Then at one point, you start to chronic You just stutter some other time.
Sylvain Hache
00:03:16 - 00:03:50
And that's the worst because you never know if it's gonna jam on you or not. And I was in my preparation for the show with Raja. I know he's like this and I know how he feels inside. One of my preparations, and I showed him to it on on the camera says, give love to Raja. I want people and I'm preparing a clip now with my assistant on a video of me explaining to people how big his balls are. So you, Phil. You set up these podcasts. You have your automation cooking.
Sylvain Hache
00:03:50 - 00:04:18
You have your stuff going down. Your branding. You're on point. The intro is slick. All good. Imagine if on top of that, and you know how like it's pretty hard. On top of that, you would have to wonder, is the thought that I'm thinking, is it gonna come out right just now? See, most people don't even so they we take now, well, now that I speak fluently, we take for granted that whatever we think is gonna come out. So, anyway, I get on Raja's show.
Sylvain Hache
00:04:18 - 00:04:58
I start talking about this. And I tell him about one time, I go and see the Stutterers Association. As you said in the intro, I'm an international touring musician. I was at the gym once and I started thinking to myself, which organization or cause could I represent in the media? If I get interviewed somewhere and I wanna send people not only to my business, but if I wanna represent some sort of a cause, which would be a good cause that I would be a great spokesperson for and that I could really care about, and I thought of the stutterers association. So I go there. One day that I had a show in Montreal. I live in Ile Perot. Right? Just off of Montreal.
