Have you ever had such a big, big event coming up that you needed to really get going on your work? You're up against a deadline, so you rolled up your sleeves and decided to clean your office. Has anyone done this? Oh, yeah, that was me. I mean, I didn't just clean my office. I went deep. I went into my files, pulling out papers, trying to see what I was going to recycle, toss if there was anything to save. And I realized something. I might have a problem. My NSA folder.

I took it out and it was an archive. I cannot even begin to tell you. Mimi talked about transparencies. I found some. In fact, I wanted to bring them here, but then I lost them again. I don't know what's happening. You guys. I found a Speaker newsletter.

Look at this. This is the speaker magazine back in the day. That's from 1991. 1991. Can you believe it? It might be one of the first ones. I don't know. I don't know why there's a picture of the printing press on the front. Some Gutenberg situation.

I don't. It was not that. Those people from the late 1900s, I mean, we had ways to print, but I had all of my nsa, all the conferences. I had it all in there still. In fact, I'll take a little closer look at this one that I found. A little gem. Guess who this is. Rebecca Morgan.

This is from 2003, I think. Isn't that crazy? How about this little gem? Guess who that is. Lois Kramer. Where are you? Huh? Haven't changed a bit. Isn't that cute? So. And still booking more business, baby. Good for you. And so I was throwing other people under the bus, so I thought I would throw myself out there, too.

This I know. I'm just a baby. I was 22 years old. This is my first presentation. I did a public presentation at the local library. I rented an amplifier, a microphone. I hired a photographer. And one person came.

We sat down and talked, and I got this picture. My point of this is we have a lot of the tools we need already. I'm glad we're here to learn. But you know what? We have it. Don't file it away like I did. I file it away. I get all excited and I go home and go, I'll have time to think about this later. And I put it in a file.
