And if you're going to be in the business three years from now, you're going to have to blow up your entire business model and recognize that people are only going to pay you for what you think. And the reason why is the buzzword of the weekend. AI AI, AI every session, AI, AI, ei O farmer, whatever, okay? AI will change everything. So you're. No matter. All you guys who've got extra extensive research, all you guys who Write books with 47 pages of. What do they call those footnote things with citations and all of that, you're all irrelevant because any one of those large learning models can pull that up in literally two seconds.

And not just your book, but every book by every human being since the printing press was invented, in two seconds. So your knowledge, which is how you're making money right now, is going to be the ultimate commodity. Let's begin with the premise. If you ask the wrong question, the answer is either irrelevant or it's dangerous. And I think we're asking the wrong question. I'm a longtime NSA person. I don't know how many years since 91, that's how long I've been in. The association was so instrumental for me in my early years, so helpful to me.

And I love it. It's my tribe, it's my people, right? I love coming here. I stopped coming for five or six years because I felt like, you know, the value isn't really there. And I'm telling you, there's a lot of scary thinking, I believe, happening in this organization, a lot of delusional thinking. Like we talked about AI in the Million Dollar Group. And it's funny, it's like what I heard was like 15 different people say, yes, AI is going to kill this and kill that and kill this and kill it. But it'll never kill me or it'll never kill the speaking business, or it'll never kill the consulting or never killed the human Business. And I think they're totally delusional. The things that those models are doing today.

Forget. Like, Ford called me a couple of days ago. He said, Man, ChatGPT just did the agent thing today. And I said, I don't care what the fuck they did today. Let me tell you what happened two days ago. And I gave him an example of a question that I asked where I took my website that I just designed for my new coaching program. I put that in and said, hey, here is the entire copy. Everything.

You know, please analyze this from a marketing standpoint. You know who my target demographic is, my ideal candidate. What did I miss in there? Is there any analytical, cognitive questions? And the answer it gave, I had, you know, hair raising on the back of my neck. It was just. I was astounded. And it's 100 times better than that 48 hours later. It's 100 times better than that a week later, right? So this model of, hey, I have this incredible knowledge that I can sell, people pay me for my. And that was.
