What an epic intro. Thank you so much. Yeah. It's a pleasure to be here. Oh my god.

I'm throat my hands because I'm amazed at my intro. No. You're very welcome. That that intro is the the the most I'll probably be talking this whole episode. That's where I heavy loaded my in the front end, then I I shove for the rest of the episode. No. I grew up in the nineties. I loved hip hop.

And as my audience knows, the hype man for me was the person because they got all the credit for warming up the crowd and then they just got to relax And that's how I look at this show. I'm hyping you up, throwing you now to the, wonderful wolves of my audience, which are very they're more like sheep because they're so kind and cuddly and listening. But, Larissa, thank you so much for being here.

Yeah. Thank you. It's a pleasure to come in. I know you and I were talking about matching energy levels before the show, and I'm I'm coming up. I'm bringing it up. Interviews are always fun, so let's do this.

You you're good. You're good. Your energy is just at that peak point. We know it's gonna rise. So my audience is just weighted. I used to be coming in, like, at a 110%. I don't understand why I do it, but I do it. But Larissa, we're gonna hit with the first question.

Why did you become an entrepreneur?

Yeah. So my story is a lot like everyone else who chose to be an entrepreneur because we tried corporate and it sucked. We were like, headache. No. This is the worst. I don't wanna be here anymore. So, I did corporate for 12 years. I was a corporate safety specialist in a petrochemical industry.

Like, you cannot get more corporate than what I was. And I thought that was where I was gonna live, breathe, and die. And and that was okay for me for a long time. You know, my parents had done it. It's all I had ever seen. My husband was in corporate. We actually worked at the same company. Everything was rooted in that company.

And then in 2021, I had a miscarriage, and it really shifted my perspective on who I was supposed to be. Because of that loss, I was put into a bit of a tailspin with mental health. I went through a lot of a lot of ups and downs, depression, to the point where I was hospitalized and put under care and things like that. And when the time came to go back to my corporate life, I was so different as a person. I had gone through 2 years of extensive therapy, like, almost 5 days a week therapy. I was doing all this inner work. I was suddenly writing all of these books. Like, what? Where did that come from? Like, I never saw that coming.
