I'm, of course, your host with the most feel better, and I'm very excited to have another fellow Canadian on the podcast. The CEO, founder, creator, all the wonderful words that describe someone who started a business. This digital entrepreneur is named Mario Satino. Mario, thank you so much for being here. You you, help people travel, and you do it, concierge style, which I love. I always love the word concierge because you can say it's so, like, so, like, really smooth and business is yeah.

Mario, well, thank you so much for being here. Please introduce yourself to my audience so they can get to know you.

Alright. Well, firstly, Phil, just wanna say thank you so much for having me. It's awesome to be here. This is exciting. This is actually my first podcast. So, yeah, I'm honored. I'm thrilled and happy to be here. So, I started, I started my business.

I was working for a family construction business for 7 years, you know, just the Italian family, the Italian dream working for family forever. So with COVID restrictions and things like that, like obviously I've always been a huge traveler, I've always loved to travel, see different corners, different countries, different corners of the world. And then COVID happened and everything changed. I mean, it was always the fact of, hey, I can't get time off, I can't get this, I can't get that. And then the COVID restrictions kind of made it like I literally can't go anywhere if I didn't if, you know, I couldn't, we legally couldn't go anywhere.

Yeah.

So, once restrictions started to lift, I said, you know what, 28 years old at the time, a year and a half ago, and I needed to see parts of the world that I hadn't before. Prices were a lot better than, than they would have been pre COVID or especially now. So I said, you know what? I'm gonna take 4 months and explore the world impromptu one place at a time and really get to know cultural experiences about different countries in a lot deeper way than just going to a beach or just going to, you know, just going to a museum, but really getting ingrained in certain places. So I set out and I traveled for 4 months and I came home and there's still a lot of places I couldn't see because there were still restrictions, and I said, there's no way I'm done. And also, I would love to help other people, like, with my experience and monetize it and and give people find a niche in the travel assistance consultant market to provide a more end to end service where people aren't just, here you go, here's your tickets, goodbye, but this is everything you should be doing on the way. And how do we make your experience as easy as possible? And that's a long version of how sorta I started. And yeah.

I love that. And so like most people that you wanted to travel, everybody wants to travel, but beef before COVID, it was just like, hey. If you can find, like, a week here or a week there, string some days together, travel. You you couldn't really travel. COVID hits, and then we have all this time. Right? We're we're given all this time to try, to do whatever we want, but we can't do the one thing we all really wanna do is travel. So right after that, you're like, hey. Taking 4 months, I've earned it.

I lived through a pandemic, a world changing event. You go travel. How long do you you stay in each country for?
