This session is probably the favorite one and I've done. I've done sessions at NSA now for 20 plus years. I think this is the favorite one that I've ever done because I don't have any. I don't have. Well, yes, because you're here. Because I don't have anything to sell. This time we have. This session is about the high level CRM which we have four fold it into our pro product.

If you're a pro member, you've already got it. And yeah, yeah. This session will be for those of you who are pro members. This session will just be like opening your Christmas presents. Right. Something that you already have. You're just going to learn more about it. So really excited to be able to do that this time.

I'm actually kind of curious who in the room. Show me raise of hands if you are a pro member already. Oh great. Lots of pro members. Okay, put them back up. If you are a pro member who has already activated your high level benefit. Okay. Much fewer.

Okay, awesome. The rest of you, prepare to have your minds expanded. And again, we're not selling anything. You've got it already. If you're a pro member, you've got it. If you're not yet a pro member, at the end of the presentation, we're going to help you. We're going to give you some information that can help you overcome that challenge and become a pro member. Espeakers started off about 26 years ago, founded by a CPAE CSP. His name was Art Berg. Brilliant guy. Yes, awesome. Amazing man. He passed away only a few years after founding Espeakers. But brilliant guy. And we started Espeakers started as a speaker.

Specialized calendaring and business management tool for professional speakers. There wasn't anything like it in the business and in fact there still isn't. Espeakers started that way. After a few years we added in the Espeakers profiles and directory to help our members get more credibility and more visibility. And so that's how we've been running for a long time. But for almost that whole time our members have been asking us just add a CRM. Just become a CRM also. And then you'll do everything that I need.

I won't have to subscribe to anything else. You'll do it all. Add a CRM, please. So it took us a little while, but we're so excited when my business partner Joe in the back there, raise your hand. Joe. A lot of you have gotten emails from Joe. Joe's our cmo. And when Joe and I made the decision to bring high level as a marketing CRM into the speaking industry and to bring it to our members, we were really excited.

And we knew that when we brought the high level CRM into this industry and into our members that we needed to bring in some high caliber, high level talent to go with it. People who knew the speaking industry and who knew high level in and out. And we hit the mother lode. I want to introduce. These are actually going to be the presenters for today. This is Marianne and Richard Hickman. Yes. Marianne is a speaker coach.

She teaches speakers how to do better marketing and get on more stages. And her husband Richard is a high level, like black belt Jedi knight, kung fu master. Okay. If you've been in espeakers meetings or webinars, you might have seen this before. This is something we like to teach to our members. Your effectiveness in marketing as an expert is these four things multiplied together. You can't have any weak links in this chain because you know what happens when you multiply something by zero. Right. Even Scott Friedman knows that. Right, Scott? All right. He thinks so.
