Hello, and welcome back to another episode of Invest in Yourself, the Digital Entrepreneur Podcast. I'm your host Phil Beder, the podcast mogul, and I'm very excited to introduce our guest today. They have the privilege of hosting, we have the privilege of hosting a true leader in the field of biotech and digital wealth. Someone whose expertise and innovation have paved the way for transformative change. So I want you all to put your hands together for my remarkable guest, Charmaine Moore. Charmaine, thank you so much for being here.

Thank you so much, Phil, for having me. I am so excited to be co creating with you for this time that we have together. This is awesome. It's awesome.

Oh, I am very excited for this. In actuality, you're the 1st abundance quest person, someone who looks into a world of abundance, but also comes from the the world of biotech being a a registered nurse. So this is gonna be a very interesting question. But as always, I would like to know, why did you become an entrepreneur?

I became an entrepreneur because I can't bring my whole self, everything that I am in corporate. Right? They don't allow that. They've got your boxes that they wanna check off. They've got their limitations, and quite frankly, they don't care about the whole the whole person. Let's just be honest. Right? Right. And as an entrepreneur, you can bring your best self to the job every day because it's yourself. So I I can honestly say that it it was by happenstance.

It wasn't something like I said, I wanna grow up and be an entrepreneur. That's not it. Right? But I'm a leader, naturally, just a natural leader. And as a natural leader, you will have that that yearning or that it it'll internally, you'll be at the job and you won't be satisfied. You won't be satisfied. And you've gotta figure that out. And you may just realize that, wait a minute. I'm an entrepreneur, and I've gotta do more and be more, and these people aren't gonna allow that.

And that's on you. You gotta do something about it.

So it's you you became an entrepreneur to be your full self to realize the true authentic nature, and something that I've noticed in this entrepreneurial world is a lot of pea a lot of entrepreneurs, a lot of leaders in this space have said you have to be the authentic self.

Yeah. You gotta do what you do best, and they may not want you to do what you do best. They're like, no. We've got this. This is what we want you to do.

This is the peg you're in. This is the hole. This is the peg. This is what we need from you. We don't need all that Azure or other stuff around you. We just need you to do this. When you decided to step into that full step, realizing who you were Yeah. As, as Charmaine, you know, the the abundance leader, the abundance queen, I wanna say.

Mhmm. I like that.

Yeah. Right? Top of my head. You know?

I don't have to steal that.

You are more than welcome to take it willingly. What has what was this the the first step in your journey? Like, what was it that decided, hey. This is where I need to go. This is my direction.

I wish I could say that it was, you know, something real happy and all that good stuff, but that's not usually how that works. Right? So I'm a nurse working on the floor and, I'm traveling to California as a travel nurse and I got very ill out there and made it through my contract and crawled back to Georgia. I live in Atlanta, Georgia now. Always have actually, since I moved to this country. But when you're ill and can't get out of bed for weeks on end and you work as a nurse on the floor, you're in trouble. Like, we're talking eviction. We're talking your mortgage isn't getting paid. We're talking stuff.
