Okay? Because here's the thing. I put this slide in and then I was listening this morning and I was thinking when Simon was talking that this needs to be much more uplifting and motivational and feeling good. But there's a chance I'm going to step on toes. And that is not intentional. I don't mean to hurt anybody's feelings, but the reality of it is we've got to figure out how you master the opportunity that's before you. Because if you can't be found, then you're not going to get booked. I'm just going to be just blunt. That's the way I operate.

So two days ago when we started at Influence, I went on to Espeakers, okay? This was the process. I went on to Espeakers and I said, search for leadership speakers. That was it, period. I just wanted a very broad category. So whoever showed up when I did the search as if I was a meeting professional, whoever showed up, I took the first 20, okay? So I took the first 20 people that showed up on the eSpeaker search. 60% of them had a YouTube channel. Now I just want to take a moment and stop. What the heck is that? 40% of the people who in a leadership search don't have a channel.

How would you think you're going to get hired? We're speakers. People want to see you speak. They want to see some action taking place. They want to know, do you have a voice? What do you sound, do you sound like somebody from South Carolina that doesn't pronounce their consonants? I mean, they want to know this stuff. 40% of the people had nothing, nothing, zero, nothing. Okay? But of the 60% of that group, they had an average of 67 subscribers. Okay. And an average of 105 videos.

Okay, now let's take a moment. Okay, this is the step on toes or I'm going to really stick my foot in my mouth. But there are probably folk in this room who fall into that category. If that is the case, let's fix that. Fair enough. Okay. And we're going to go in deep on this stuff and it's going to be quick. Okay? Now I then went back and I did another search.

I went to Espeakers, same time, same place and said I want to search leadership speakers, but I want to change the search from highest fee to lowest. Ok? So now I'm hitting some of the big dogs at this point in time, alright? And so I went in and I said highest to lowest fee. I don't care what the fee is. I'm curious. 95% of them had a YouTube channel. It was 100% except for one person and you would recognize the name if I told you. And they've got video everywhere because they're like, holy crap, a big deal. And video is just all over the place.
